It means they don't have an answer for you. They'll send a decision by mail or send an RFE (Request For Evidence).

Don't panic quite yet. I didn't get an approval at my interview either, because they didn't have our medicals in and couldn't.

Neither pass or fail. You just have to wait for the decision in mail. They could request more evidence. Or they could send letter of either approval or denial.

Because not one person will decide your fate. It will be reviewed by many people. And im sure they asked you questions about each other and they need time to compare the answers to determine if its a true marriage or just a fake. As long as you answered to your best knowledge you will be ok. if its not real i would be worried because not only will she not be accepted but you will be put in jail. But im sure its real so dont worry just relax. Since you have no wedding pictures they may feel effy about it and want to do a follow up. just procedure!! good luck!!

I think the officer doesn't even know him/herself, your case is still being considered therefore if they "need more information they gonna contact u!"

It means they're processing your information. I don't think they decide right on the spot. You can call in a couple of days and ask when you might expect to hear from them.

Actually, this is very normal. It seems like you passed the interview, but they just can't "tell" you that at the moment of the interview, because the paperwork still needs one last signature (from the director of that particular district office) before you're actually a resident. Trust me, if there was a problem, he would've said so. And, you don't NEED wedding pictures, necessarily, in order to pass the interview. If they really feel like they need wedding pics, you should get a letter within 7 days, asking you to submit wedding pics within 30 days of the date of that letter, and then you can wait another 2 months for the approval. It's gonna be ok, trust me, it's no big deal.
