I am US citizen and married my wife in Czech Republic. In order to bring my wife in the US I have to file as I know 2 petitions: I-130 and I-129F. Do I have to file I-129F after I-130 is approved or I can file those 2 petitions at the same time? According to I-130 instruction list the following documents have to be submitted along with I-130 form: Proof of my citizenship, passport pictures of my wife and I and marriage certificate. Part D paragraph I of instruction list talks about Affidavit "bona fides" of marital relationship, do I really need to submit it and what is that? Also my marriage Certificate was issued in Czech republic translated with Apostille, is the copy of this certificate valid in the US?

Thank you

actually, there's no requirement to file the I-129f at all you can file just the I-130. The I-129f is for the K-3 visa, which is pretty much obsolete these days since it doesn't really speed up processing time at this point which was the orginal intent. your wife is better off coming in on the immigrant visa anyway. the copy of the marriage certficate with the translation will do, but your wife will need to submit an original at her interview.

yes, a marriage certificate from the czech republic would be considered "bona fide" of marital relationship and would be enough.
