Hi Yak Rider, George L, Pianojangee, I am still not clear on ....without having Pay stubs can an employer transfer my H-1B ??

http://www.immspec.com/h-1b-visa-transfer.htm
says -->
In order to qualify for H-1B visa transfer,

H-1B visa holder must be in lawful status at the time of filing the petition for visa transfer.
One or two latest pay slips;

I do not intend to hold H-1B or taking citizen's Job, but the condition is humiliating for me and i want some info from u guys before going to report DOL or going to some lawyer.

On Top of that i am passing through a severe mental tension.

From your other question, it is apparent that you are out of status, and you have already been informed by your employer that there is no work for you, they are cancelling your H1-b and you must return to your own country. You have no pay slips. No transfer. You must return home.

You mention in your other questions that you have not been paid because there was no work for you, that you never had a "project." You are "on the bench?" If you do no work, you have no claim to be paid, and it is quite clear from what you have said that you have not been paid because you have not worked. Therefore, you cannot sue.
