How do I Apply for the Green Card when i live in the United Kingdom ( England ) , im really confused by the proses please help me.

unless you have at least a half million dollars sitting around you can spare to invest in some regional centers in the US you cannot get a greencard.
Make some other plans.
If you just want some change, how about going to a country for which you can get a working holiday visa. You find information about this by doing a search on the internet for a working holiday visa.

The Green Card is given to the Legal Residents.
To become a Legal Resident you must be accepted by
the Immigration Department after filling up the necesary documents.

No one can apply for a greencard, a direct American relative has to apply for you.
There is the green card lottery but since you are from the UK you are not allowed to take part in that.

You don't apply for a green card. You will need an immediate family member who is a US citizen to petition for you.
