I don't have a sponsor or employment set up, but I need to have it or else I'll likely not be accepted. Will anyone volunteer to help me in regards to this UK WORK VISA? Thank you.

Look at the UKBA website and it will tell the strict criteria for a work visa and for entering the UK
It also gives a list of skills needed to get work here
If you don't have employment, then why do you need a work visa?
If you are from outside the EU, then you have little chance of getting in to the UK
Do remember the UK has high unemployment and millions are jobless
So you'd need to have job lined up and someone to sponsor you, or else what would you live on ?

Duplicate Q. You said yourself you are not highly skilled. Only employers can apply for temporary employment visas for their QUALIFIED employees. You are NOT qualified, not employable, and no employer can or will hire you or get a visa for you.
You cannot work in UK! Stay in your country of citizenship!

Too many people abuse the system thats why it is very strict.
