That probably not free speech but I wear my Undocumented Border Patrol Agent hat and my La Migra T-Shirt with pride.

I've had lots of comments at the local pharmacy and grocery store and I address them in Spanish if they speak it since I am Biracial-Half PR and Half Polish.

I figure if these scum can have their flags raised above "Old Glory" then I have no qualms about wearing my items.

**To the young lady below. I asked my attorney. He said" The hat clearly states Undocumented , the logo/letters are different than REAL Border Patrol Agents as are the colors, back of cap(your back) states NOT a real federal agent. No impersonation going on...just a parody."

Shouting hearth in a crowded theatre the place there is no hearth isn't secure speech. Freedom of speech ability strategies and thoughts should not be suppressed. you may say what you like. hearth in a crowded cinema is an utterance that isn't SPEECH interior the context of the yankee First replace. That utterance conveys suggestion, which would be actual (there's a hearth) or unfaithful (there is no hearth) yet there is no EXPRESSION of an theory. If i desire to upward push up on degree and shout incendiary and offensive racial epithets, or blaspheme against God, i'm interior my rights under the U. S. shape. the 1st replace does care whilst you're offended, in case you cry, in case you throw up in rage, in case you have a coronary heart attack you're so offended, in case you pass insane from harm emotions. it rather is my actual to assert those issues. yet whilst, whilst i'm being heckled, I shout "hearth!: or "gun!" and reason a stampede to the door, that isn't secure speech. there is yet another doctrine reported as "battling words". battling words are no longer secure loose speech. whilst you're attempting to argue that loose speech could be limited by some regard for the offense taken by others, you're able to do greater advantageous with battling words doctrine.

It is not covered by free speech, I think it is closer to disturbing the peace and you could be financially libel for any loss to the restaurant incurred by your actions.

It is the same as yelling fire in a restaurant and will probably get you thrown in jail.Or it may not since most people know INS is defunct and is now called DHS or ICE.

If it appeared like you actually were an ICE officer, it would not be free speech, it would be impersonation of law enforcement. This is the same as putting flashing lights on your car to make people think you are a police officer.
