Nasty little trait that comes to America from across the border and oversea's...can u guess?

We have inherited a NEW culture in America, that comes from the East and South of the Border...

Why integrate into American culture, when you can maintain a "culture" of corruption(ingrained from birth,,,cheat, beg, borrow, steal, and take advantage at EVERY opportunity)

In China, you can commit murder...got enough cash? They'll make that problem go away real fast...and don't even get me started on all the police on the take in Mexico, because they DON'T take peso's for bribes...better have American dollars when you go thru those checkpoints along the hwy's.

The Mayor of Los Angeles is in Washington, looking for a handout for illegals...don't you want to help?

Fraud and corruption exist in every country in the world, though they are more commonly associated with less developed countries. Unfortunately, when people grow up in an environment of excessive fraud and corruption necessary just to survive, the behavior becomes the norm, and when the people then go to another country, they tend to bring their societal norms with them.

Want to live in a more developed country but do not have a legal right to do so? Make a false asylum claim. Want to live in a better home than you can afford? File a false housing claim. Want to have more money to spend on yourself? File a false income tax return. All of the social safety net programs designed to provide for people in need are especially susceptible to fraudulent claims by people who see no harm in taking whatever they can, however they can and are used to doing so just to survive.

Again, there is always plenty of indigenous fraud and corruption, but it can also be an unwanted aspect of fraudulent economic migration.

Corruption is universal since it's a human trait/weakness. Not everyone in a culture is corrupt, but no culture is free from corruption unless it's free from humans.

And no, the Native Americans weren't immune as a previous poster suggest. They had corruption as well since they're human beings. They weren't "noble savages"...they attacked each other both before and during the European settling.

You surprised me.

I thought you were referring to the 12,000 (2007 statistics) U.S. mothers of children born out of wedlock to illegal aliens who refuse to take responsibility for the kid. Those mothers are now living off tax payers welfare and the baby gets tax payers financial care. If an America man did this he would be sought out, fined, jailed and forced to repay the money paid to the mother and child.

I have not seen any statistics dated after 2007 but my guess it is as high if not higher. Latino and Mexican special interest groups meet almost everyday with one or another politician trying to convince them to support amnesty for the illegals and to give them opportunities and benefits that many Americas do not even get. We need to be sure our elected officials fully understand that the American people do not support Amnesty in any way and we do not believe these illegals are entitled to any consideration short of deportation.

You know, our differences is what makes America great. It's the melding of many cultures into one society that makes us stand out among the children of the earth. What other country does that?

We all are from different cultures, societies, religions, and races, but we come to America as immigrants to prosper and celebrate each others differences.

But, I do understand what you are trying to say. Wrong is wrong and always will be. But, please realize that it doesn't matter what culture you are, everyone sins and is tempted to sin.

PS: As for the Mexican police? The government is correcting that. Ciudad Juarez fired ALL of their police force and hired a brand new set of policemen to battle the corruption. The federal is also bumping up the penalty of corruption. But, not all of Mexico is like that; it is mainly in the northern states.

What can you expect from people that will break the law to get to your country, and a country so full of political correctness they willing too give there country away, so nobody can say they are raciest.

We continue to have our own share of fraud and corruption right here at home. What about all of the Medicare, Medicaid, and welfare fraud that has gone on for years. What about all of the money we as taxpayers in the US pay out in the form of "entitlements"? And the latest fraud...the millions of homeowners who have chosen to stop paying their mortgages that they signed up for in good faith years ago because the values have dropped.

Don't be so quick to blame other countries - we have plenty of fraud and corruption right here at home - we just dress better.

A new culture, huh? So the corruption that took place during prohibition was imaginary?

Don't be stupid, corruption exists everywhere, and it has nothing to do with the origin of the person dealing in it.

I'd be interested to hear what 'culture' you think is native to the US? YOUR culture, a European based conglomeration? Or perhaps the REAL first cultures, as exhibited by the Native Americans?

Well as a "rocket scientist" would know those attributes in your second paragraph have existed in the United States for many moons. Thankfully not by everyone !!
