Crimes like these are going on all over the country, How can we keep allowing the illegal aliens to prey on our elderly like this?
In Maryland, the guy who was doing work for the elderly lady, killed her.
Should we warn our elderly not to hire these illegals, because it is a matter of their safety?

Police: Illegal immigrant raped 76-year-old

UMATILLA - A 76-year-old grandmother is in stable condition after she was allegedly raped by a man that had been tasked with her supervision.

A Marion County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said the woman is in the hospital awaiting surgery.

Juan Cahuich-Santiago, 29, was charged Tuesday with sexual battery on a special condition victim. The illegal immigrant was being held at the Marion County Jail on Wednesday on no bail.

The alleged attack occurred Saturday, late afternoon or early evening, in a Umatilla area home in east Marion County where Cahuich-Santiago lived with the victim and her family. The victim is unrelated to Cahuich-Santiago.

According to the sheriff's spokeswoman Jenifer Fisher, the woman's family was grocery shopping and she had been left under Cahuich-Santiago's supervision.

When the family returned, they found Cahuich-Santiago sleeping and the grandmother lying sideways on a recliner with her clothing not fitting properly.

According to an arrest affidavit, the victim had a bump on her forehead, bruises on her knees and her pony tail was pulled out. The woman could not stand at that time, which she could before the family left for groceries.

And, a used condom was found in the garbage.

"It is a piece of evidence but DNA testing takes four to six weeks so we cannot absolutely confirm it was used by him or on her at this time," Fisher said.

Cahuich-Santiago initially denied attacking the woman, but later confessed that while alone with the victim, he had been watching dirty movies, before approaching her. The report adds he admitted that the victim is incapable of saying no, and is unaware of her surroundings.

He said he placed her back in the recliner when he was done.

Santiago is in the country illegally, but Fisher said any effort to deport him wouldn't start until after he is tried here for this crime.

It always amazes me that parents worry so much about "protecting" their children, but seem to think nothing about having illegal aliens, whose real identity and criminal backgrounds they have no way of ascertaining, around them as nannies, "landscapers", janitors, etc. Same goes now for the elderly and their caretakers or employees. Last year, THREE elderly people in the DC area were brutally murdered by "immigrants" who were known to them or working for them. "Cheap" illegal labor is a BIG risk.

However, I'm curious, why do some of you only like to note when illegals commit crimes such as these? I'm NOT pro-illegal. And I understand where you are coming from and realize this is the immigration part of the yA. So, is it in another section that people share these crimes of citizens and immigrants? I'm not saying these crimes of illegals should be ignored. I'm simply curious. Some people, it seems, are only concerned with the crimes of illegal aliens because they are illegal and if they weren't here, then that particular crime wouldn't have been committed. I understand that, but I hope some of you don't fall ignorant to the fact that many of our "own" do these same things.



This isn't a dig to the original poster or anyone who has posted something similar. I really am just curious for an explanation.

Yeah! What's the matter with you anyways? Just because illegal aliens commit over 10 times as many crimes, per capita, in the US as an American doesn't mean anything! Or does it?

Americans commit crimes too! Just because illegal aliens commit crimes at a rate 10 times greater than Americans doesn't mean that Americans don't commit crimes!

Just because we have to put up with the bad Americans shouldn't we import more criminals who commit crimes at a rate 10 times greater?

Just because illegal aliens kill an estimated 16,000 people in the US every year (only 9,000 during the commission of a felony!) including thousands of children doesn't mean we shouldn't let them come here kill, molest, rape, steal, etc., etc.!

What is the US coming to when a senior citizen raping scum bag can't come here and ply his "trade" while committing felony after felony after felony...?

I am in Canada... So, I do not have this problem as much as US. However, I do not want ANY American to use this ILLEGAL immigration issue in to a racist, pro-Christian and anti-immigration issue.



I do not like illegal immigrants because they do not pay any taxes. However I am not against LEGAL immigration where people of all colors and religions can move around the world.



In Thailand and India, LEGAL Western immigrants/tourists are responsible for more than 60% of child rape. The same thing here in US and Canada, except, we have ILLEGAL immigrants doing it. We should protect each nation with close eye on ALL immigrants. But however, it should not turn in to a racial or religious issue.



Also, it is NOT just illegals who commit crimes like this.... Legal American citizens who were born in America have committed crimes like this. Because of America's racist and anti-every religion that is not Christian caused more problems than the illegals ever have been.

yeah they stay around the corner to us and no person will do something. We get into fights with them all of the time. while i became 12 their dogs became unfastened and working after my mom. My mom asked them to regulate their dogs through fact she became scared it would chew her. They instructed my mom that she became biting the dogs? Is that stupid or what. those professional-unlawful human beings would desire to stay the place I stay and then discover out how unlawful immigrants are stealing our tax funds, breaking our rules, utilising us, burning our flag, and being unfair to those searching for criminal immigration. and then they call themselves immigrants. they are not immigrants, they are right here ILLEGALY. i like immigrants through fact my mom and pa have been immigrants yet i can't stand unlawful ones. i'm talking approximately ALL unlawful immigrants.

Yes, I read stories like this all the time in print. Illegals committing heinous crimes against American citizens. However it is never reported on the mainstream news because the only "P.C." stories they are allowed to report are crimes AGAINST illegals! Illegals killed an American? Look for it on the back page.
