regardless of what you think of this man...you're going to see this type of thing more and more...MANY Americans are getting fed up with the illegals and you are just starting to see the beginning of the backlash....and it will get VERY ugly before it gets better....

To the guy that thinks the position of the flag is a "suggestion" under US code you are wrong. US Code Title 4 Chapter 1 section C states: No other flag or pennant should be placed above or, if on the same level, to the right of the flag of the United States of America.
BTW there are no "suggestions" under US code. It's called the law!

Absolutely right and yes, I wish more had been willing to do this. Did you hear the only thing stopping him from getting there sooner was to fill up his gas tank! My G-d we need more veterans like him defending the flag, the principles and the constitution.

Hell yeah! Too bad most Americans have lost their marbles to do that. He has inspired me. Maybe Americans will be ashambed that this guy has the guts to do what we won't. Maybe he has inspired a nation.
Or maybe most Americans are going to sit around and do nothing. We should be marching nonstop in the streets demanding insurmountable security on the southern border and pretty much stringent deportation. But we aren't. Our tolerance is being exploited.

You know, the guy with the beard could have just told the restaurant owner that the American flag should be on top. I guess then he wouldn't be able to show off his knife and pretend like he is a "patriot." These kind of things add nothing to the national discourse.

This is basically trespassing on private property, and if he took the flag with him then it would also be theft. There is no law that says you cannot fly a Mexican flag above an American flag, it's just a recommendation in the US code. If it were a law, it would be unconstitutional. While I don't support insulting the flag in any way, I support the right of people to express their ideas, whatever they may be, freely and openly. I hope this guy is charged with criminal mischief.
