I overstayed way too long without intention due to failure to locate enough money to pay for travel documents. As this is not the first time overseas that it happened, the resolution was to pay for a visa. I am not planning to return to India after this however.

No but you will be forced to pay a fine and the cost of extension at the airport, also it can lead to difficulty with getting a visa again but as that isn't relevant for you then don't worry.

they're going to comprehend you have. 184 days you will be fortunate with the subsequent Border Officer. of course you're assuming you have no issues such as your final minute departure. advise no longer staying till the final 2d. Overstaying can consequence in you being banned. Flight cancellation or climate isn't an excuse to overstay. What time have been you instructed to depart it somewhat is on your passport? Six months is six months no longer six months provide or take some days.extra or much less. you're the two overstaying or you're actually not. that's no longer a negotiation.
