All the following forms must be filed together if you are adjusting your status. I do hope your spouse is a US citizen. if not you will not be eligible for the green card until the spouse becomes a citizen. You can still file, but it will take a while.

1. Petition for Alien Relative (USCIS Form I-130)

2. Application to Register Permanent Residence (USCIS Form I-485)

3. Biographic Information (USCIS Form G-325A)

4. Affidavit of Support (USCIS Form I-864)

5. Permission for Work Authorization (Optional) (USCIS Form I-765)

Your spouse will need a G325a too

The USCIS approved doctor will have the Medical Examination Results (USCIS Form I-693). Visit uscis.gov to get the listing of the approved civil doctors in your area. A regular doctor cannot do the examination

You only need the Request for Travel Documents (Optional) (USCIS Form I-131 if you need to travel. My suggestion do not use it. It is best

ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS BELOW

1)Can I130 and I485 can be filed together?

Only if you are adjusting your status, but you have to file the other documents too at the same time

2)Does all the forms need to be submitted in sequential order mentioned?

Have to be submitted if adjusting your status at the same time

3)Do we need to wait for approval of every form to continue further?

Biometric appointment, approval or denial of I-130, then interview with an officer, approval or denial of adjustment of status. That is the order in which it will go. Please note if you get a denial in the I-485 interview you will be placed into deportation as a formality. You will have 120 days in which to appeal to get adjudicated by an immigration judge

4)I864 - My Wife doesn't make 125% of poverty guide lines,Can I be joint sponsor with her and if yes what is the form we need to be submitting?

Yes, you can be a co-sponsor if you had permission to get employment in the US and file income tax. You can ask a friend or family member to be the co-sponsor on the affidavit (I-864). They must work over $35,000.00. They will need to fill out a I-864 form also and send a copy of their green card/us passport/naturalization cert., social security card, 2 pay stubs, W2, current federal income tax

5) I693 - When this Examination needs to be done ? Can I go ahead and perform examination whenever ?

This must be submitted with your adjustment application so you can do it now if you are ready to file.

6)Also Could you please list out who needs to fill which form

I-130 (petitioner/sponsor)

I-485 (alien)

I-765 (alien)

I-864 (petitioner/sponsor and co-sponsors) separate applications please

G-325a (petitioner/sponsor and alien)

submit these supporting documents (alien and petitioner )

passport (alien and petitioner )

Marriage certificate

Divorce decree if applicable (alien and petitioner )

green card / naturalization cert (petitioner)

birth certs (alien and petitioner ) also children

criminal record (if applicable)

4 passport pics (alien) 2 passport pics (petitioner)

current income tax (federal)

W2

2 current pay stub

Well I do hope this helps. Before I go you must show bona fide of marriage. If your marriage is deemed fraudulent you will be placed in deportation. Good luck.

The forms can be filed together.( I do not know about the medical form. Follow the instructions.)

The petitioner completes the I-130, each of you must complet the G-325, the beneficiary completes the I-485, I-765, and I-131. The petitioner completes the I-864. The beneficiary's income can be used to meet the income requirement only if it will continue from the same source after immigration.

The official guide on the procedure is here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d5663a4107083210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=d5663a4107083210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

1. Yes

2. Send them all together.

3. Send them all together.

4. As Tom said, only if you could prove that your income will continue from the same source. Best to get a co-sponsor (should be a green card holder or US citizen).

5. Yes, look for a civil surgeon in your area (USCIS has a list on their website) and get it done, you need to submit I-693 along with everything.

6. Read the forms. They're pretty easy.

How did your mom lose those documents? She needs to maintain them in a secure position at domicile or get a secure deposit field at a monetary organisation. it truly is merely carelessness in view that that's the 2d time. with reference to the social protection volume, you could contact the credit agencies and request a credit freeze. call immigration related to a lost eco-friendly card. i'm particular someone is think to record this.
