I won't do anything differently. I disagreed with the illegal immigrants before the rally, and I still do now. For anyone who disagrees with the illegals, the best thing you can do is to show that you aren't going to waver your opposition, no matter what PR stunt they pull.

I'm on the lookout for obvious illegals.

I'm spreading the word to the everyone I can to contact their congressmen and the president to rid our country of illegals. I'm also in favor of US pressure on Mexico to GET THEIR SH*T TOGETHER and start taking care of their massive poor population. Food assistance and a guaranteed high school education would be a great place to start.

I'm very willing to pay some higher prices to get rid of all the illegals.

WHY? First, they're not supposed to be here.

Second, they are a danger to our stability on muliple levels.

Third, the best of those in the border areas move to the USA, when they really should be helping to make their towns better places. There is a brain-drain going on in Mexico, and it's perpetuating the problem.

Fourth, the Mexican government sees the USA as a big way to ease the potential for a revolt among the poor. The USA is the defacto "welfare" for the Mexican poor. They should revolt!

The disagreement should be directed to our goverment. Please, pay attention. Starting from the premise that we need this workers, at least, some of them, we should give them some kind of visa to come and work legally in this country. They can't do that, come and work legally, because we only give visas to high skilled workers. And they can't apply for those jobs. That's why they have to use any illegal way they can to get here. Now, if we decide that we don't need any of them, then, send all of them back. And something else, about them taking jobs from americans, I worked with a cleaning company, as an area manager, for many years. We ran, almost continously, help wanted adds in AMERICAN newspapers. We never got a response. And I mean never. Now, get you own concclusions.

I dont' use, and have never used illegals' services directly. I'd rather pay more to a legal immigrant or American citizen to support their legitimate business than hire those illegals waiting by Home Depot to be picked up for $8 an hour.

One way I AM going to protest is by boycotting Mexico and cancelling my planned vacation there this year. There are other nice and warm places in the world that I'd much rather visit.

Supposedly the rally is over, although I have heard murmurs about continuing the protests...July 4 was brought up as a possible next date...if that's true, it would prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they don't want to be Americans. I already do all of the things you listed...I already cook my own food, mow my own lawn, clean my own house...and I don't have any employees. What else is there for me to do?

you racist freak. This shows the typical lack of understanding that people like you display in the US. No wonder everyone in the world hates Americans. Besides they feed you for free whenever you have done washing dishes at that Mexican restaurant and we all know that there is no grass around the trailer you live in...just wrecked cars. Go back to sleeping with you immediate family and leave politics to those whose IQ is greater than their ring size.

Boycotting business's that closed in support of them May, 1 is exactly what I am doing. I have always mowed my own yard and woman that does my cleaning is an American. I would not employ anybody that I suspected of being illegal.

Well, the demonstration just pushed me against them even more, didn't think that was possible. Now I actually hope violence erupts! I won't eat at one of their family owned restaraunts. Will terminate any contract with a contractor who has the balls to send an illegal to perform work in the contract. Will be asking for proof there legal too! When I hear them speaking spanish, I'll be saying sh&t to them!

I will not do business with ANYONE I suspect supports illegal immigration.

As for obeirn1. Might I suggest you get an argument other crying racist when someone doesn't support YOUR view on an issue. It shows your lack of intelligence. You can't come up with something to say you so you cry racist. Maybe if you would pull your head out of you *ss you would see how moronic you sound.

I already mow my own lawn....and I am not about to hold it against the employer that they had to close their doors due to lack of staff.

I am also quite capable of cleaning up after myself. Although I could pay someone to do it, I don't like to contribute to the propagation of a servant class.

If you're really THAT upset, write your Senator or Congressperson.
